Credit Manager – Saudi National Only

About the role

The Credit Manager oversees the organisation’s credit operations, ensuring effective credit control, timely collection of outstanding payments and minimising financial risk. The role evaluates customer creditworthiness, monitors accounts receivable, maintains strong client relationships and ensures compliance with credit policies and financial procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily credit control and accounts receivable operations.
• Evaluate customer credit applications and assess creditworthiness.
• Approve or recommend credit limits based on financial analysis.
• Monitor outstanding balances, prepare ageing and credit reports, and ensure timely collections.
• Negotiate payment plans, reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month‑end closing, cash‑flow monitoring and financial reporting.
• Train and supervise credit and collection staff and ensure internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable or finance management.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA or Credit Management) are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, collections, risk assessment and debt recovery procedures.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft Excel.
