About the role
As a Customer Experience Account Manager at Panduit, you will drive both revenue growth and exceptional service for assigned accounts across Saudi Arabia. You will act as the internal advocate for customers, ensuring seamless communication and proactive solutions throughout the order lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage revenue opportunities from prospecting to closure within designated territories.
- Build and nurture long‑term business relationships with customers, channels and geographic partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day customer interactions, providing transparent updates on orders and requests.
- Coordinate across functional departments to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Manage order processing through Panduit’s fulfillment chain and handle information and exception management.
Required profile
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Experience acting as a customer advocate and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and deliver proactive solutions.
