About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrative Representative to join our fully remote team. As the first point of contact, you will deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and live‑chat, helping customers with inquiries, account updates, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and policies.
• Assist with account updates, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently; escalate complex cases when needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
