Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Representative to join our growing remote team. As the first point of contact, you will deliver professional support across phone, email and live‑chat, ensuring a positive experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing and policies.
• Assist with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting and general support requests.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Build positive relationships, gather feedback and share insights to improve processes.
• Utilize CRM and support tools, keep documentation up to date, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
