Data Center Engineer – Riyadh

About the role

Vitelco is seeking a skilled Data Center Engineer to join its Riyadh team. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting data‑center infrastructure while delivering high‑quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform remote troubleshooting and provide first‑line support in a service‑desk environment.
• Manage data‑center hardware including switches, routers, servers, cables, and fibre optics.
• Update and enhance Method of Procedures (MOPs) and operational guidelines.
• Ensure service excellence by keeping the customer first and adhering strictly to MOPs.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken English with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Commitment to follow established procedures and guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience installing and decommissioning hardware.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco, Juniper and Arista networking products.
• Expertise with HPE servers and components.
• Hands‑on experience with optics, copper and fibre cabling.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service‑management lifecycle (tickets, SLAs, communication).
