DevSecOps Platforms Engineering Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on DevSecOps Platforms Engineering Manager to lead the design, automation, security, and optimization of the platforms that enable our engineering teams to deliver applications quickly and reliably. This remote position will shape our DevSecOps strategy, improve developer productivity, and champion automation and security best practices across the software delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for DevSecOps platforms and engineering best practices.
• Define and execute the roadmap for DevSecOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and platform services.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Manage and scale cloud‑native infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Integrate automated security testing (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA) into the delivery pipeline.
• Implement observability solutions with ELK Stack, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, and related tools.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to streamline processes and improve developer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or software development with a strong focus on automation.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD platforms and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
