DevSecOps Platforms Engineering Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on DevSecOps Platforms Engineering Manager to lead the design, automation, security, and optimization of the platforms that enable our engineering teams to deliver software quickly and safely. This remote position will shape our DevSecOps strategy, improve developer productivity, and champion automation and security best practices across the software delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for DevSecOps platforms and engineering best practices.
• Define and execute the roadmap for DevSecOps tooling, platform services, and automation initiatives.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Drive infrastructure‑as‑code adoption with Terraform or Pulumi.
• Manage and scale cloud‑native infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Oversee container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, and GKE.
• Integrate automated security testing (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA) into pipelines.
• Implement observability solutions using ELK Stack, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, and related tools.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to streamline delivery and improve platform reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or software development with a strong focus on automation.
• Proven experience leading platform or DevSecOps initiatives.
