Digital Governance Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

Reef Holding is seeking a Digital Governance Specialist to support its digital transformation journey. You will help implement and monitor governance policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a strong governance culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout and monitoring of digital governance policies and procedures across all departments.
• Assist in meeting regulatory requirements related to digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Develop, update, and document governance frameworks and policy registers.
• Maintain governance registers, digital records, and compliance indicators for audits and reports.
• Participate in digital maturity assessments, analyze findings, and track corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic governance performance reports and coordinate with audit teams and regulatory bodies.
• Support internal awareness programs on governance and cybersecurity best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT governance, digital transformation, compliance, or cybersecurity support roles.
