Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing professional to plan, execute and optimise campaigns that increase brand awareness, improve customer engagement and generate qualified leads in line with the company’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch digital marketing campaigns aligned with the overall strategy.
• Manage and update all social media accounts, creating a content calendar and coordinating with designers and writers.
• Produce and publish marketing assets such as posts, images and videos.
• Run paid advertising on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, monitor budgets and optimise spend.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and prepare regular reports with improvement recommendations.
• Update website content, apply basic SEO practices and ensure information accuracy.
• Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages and online reviews.
• Research market trends, competitors and emerging digital tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality or residential property management.
• Professional certifications in digital marketing or online advertising are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong Arabic and English content‑writing abilities.
• Experience using Canva or basic Adobe applications.
• Solid command of Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
