Director – AI Business Transformation

About the role

Our client is embedding Artificial Intelligence across its portfolio of companies to boost operational efficiency and drive measurable commercial benefits. Reporting to the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, the Director of AI Business Transformation will act as the main bridge between the Enterprise AI Office and the group’s operating subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Enterprise AI Office and CEOs/executive teams of subsidiaries in sectors such as FMCG, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Construction, Real Estate, Fintech and Telecommunications.
• Identify AI opportunities, assess operational challenges and develop practical transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate AI discovery workshops, prioritize use cases and create implementation roadmaps.
• Oversee organisational change initiatives to ensure successful AI adoption and measurable ROI.
• Supervise Business AI Consultants, ensuring consistent engagement and delivery across all subsidiaries.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation or enterprise consulting initiatives within large organisations.
• Strong commercial understanding, stakeholder‑engagement skills and proven change‑management capability across multiple business functions.
• Previous experience in diversified holding groups or multinational organisations is highly desirable.
