Director of Finance – Hospitality Cluster

About the role

The Cluster Director of Finance is a senior member of the leadership team responsible for finance, accounting, treasury, procurement, planning and reporting across multiple hotels. Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, the role partners with ownership and hotel leaders throughout pre‑opening, opening, stabilization and ongoing operations to ensure strong financial governance and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cluster‑wide financial strategy aligned with ownership objectives and brand standards.
• Lead pre‑opening finance activities, including budgeting, accounting set‑up, finance systems implementation and readiness planning.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, long‑range financial planning and consolidation across all properties.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, treasury activities and banking relationships.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, audit compliance and internal controls.
• Implement procurement controls, monitor spend, and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Act as primary finance business partner for owners, preparing performance reports, cash flow forecasts and investment analyses.
• Support strategic decisions on asset enhancement, operational optimization and capital projects.
