Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage will lead the F&B division at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh, overseeing all operational and administrative functions. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and maintaining the brand’s high standards of service and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage department, including restaurants, bars, room service and outside catering.
• Develop and control budgets, monitor financial performance and implement cost‑efficiency measures.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards, corporate policies and local regulations.
• Lead training initiatives, maintain a comprehensive training matrix and update job descriptions for the division.
• Communicate corporate SOPs and the Mandarin Oriental People & Culture Strategic Policy to all team members.
• Support learning and development programmes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Supervise F&B staff, facilities and service quality to achieve maximum departmental profit.
