About the role

As the Director of Operations for a pre‑opening hotel at Dammam Airport, you will lead the launch and daily management of the property, ensuring every guest experiences the warmth and light of Hilton hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning, while maintaining brand and company standards.
• Shape and execute a service‑excellence strategy by monitoring guest trends, assessing satisfaction and driving long‑term quality improvements.
• Identify performance gaps in processes or teams and implement corrective actions to boost productivity.
• Lead quality and service initiatives, set performance goals, manage service recovery and track guest satisfaction metrics.
• Build and sustain a high‑performing team through performance management, professional development and recognition programs.
