Distribution Center Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Dammam. You will ensure accurate inventory control, safe material handling, and efficient order fulfillment while driving productivity, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatch.
• Supervise loading/unloading and schedule carriers (truckload, LTL, containers, small packages).
• Expedite orders and coordinate inbound freight to avoid production interruptions.
• Interface with Sales Order Processing, material planners, and inventory teams.
• Maintain physical inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and support monthly inventory reporting.
• Perform inbound/outbound shipment audits and ensure correct PO matching (3‑way match).
• Monitor inventory levels, identify and remove over‑age or obsolete materials.
• Track KPIs such as order accuracy, on‑time delivery, and productivity rates.
• Uphold clean, organized, and safe warehouse practices, including 5S standards.
• Support QMS procedures, continuous improvement initiatives, and troubleshoot scheduling, batch assignments, and staffing gaps.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Warehouse or supply‑chain certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply‑chain processes.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Effective communication, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Safety awareness and compliance mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse/data systems.
