Divisional Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Divisional Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Protein Business Unit’s poultry quality initiatives. The role ensures full compliance with poultry quality management systems and drives divisional quality objectives across production sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of poultry quality management systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards.
• Drive business performance by achieving divisional quality targets.
• Manage and develop quality assurance teams, processes and resources.
• Coordinate audits and certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000 and AIBI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Poultry Science, Veterinary Science, Microbiology or a related field.
• 12‑15+ years of experience in the food/poultry industry within a multinational environment.
• Proven expertise in meat and poultry product technology and broad food production quality.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and food law.
