Electrical Project Engineer – 380kV Substation Specialist

About the role

Responsible for the execution and supervision of 380kV substation and related electrical/civil works in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with project specifications, Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards, safety, quality and approved schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site execution of 380kV BSP/substation projects, coordinating engineering, construction, subcontractors and SEC representatives.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials and site resources, ensuring work follows approved drawings, method statements and specifications.
• Oversee inspection, testing, documentation and timely closure of site activities.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction‑related issues while maintaining HSE, QA/QC and SEC compliance.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant project execution experience, specifically on 380kV BSP/substation projects.
• SEC approval is mandatory, with strong knowledge of SEC standards, site coordination and subcontractor management.
• Experience in high‑voltage substation construction and multicultural work environments.
