Electrical Site Manager (HV/EHV Substations - OHTL)

About the role

The Electrical Site Manager will lead all on‑site activities for high‑voltage (HV) and extra‑high‑voltage (EHV) substation projects, including overhead transmission lines (OHTL). The role ensures that electrical works are executed according to approved drawings, schedules, and safety standards while coordinating closely with civil teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure electrical site activities follow approved drawings and align with civil drawings and project timelines.
• Control and monitor manpower, equipment, and all resources on the site.
• Manage and track all RFIs and MIRs, providing timely responses.
• Plan and procure required electrical materials for the site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the site manager and customer.
• Coordinate with vendors, supervise their work, and clear electrical punch‑list items.
• Conduct testing activities to verify compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Support safety, housekeeping, and quality initiatives together with the site manager.
