Enterprise Project Management Operations Expert

About the role

The Enterprise Project Management Operations Expert will support the PMO/EPMO of a leading Saudi airport operator. You will ensure that project governance, controls and reporting are applied consistently across a portfolio of large‑scale infrastructure initiatives that underpin Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Support PMO/EPMO operations, governance frameworks and the project control function.
• Ensure adherence to project lifecycle methodologies and governance standards.
• Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and manage risks and issues.
• Develop executive reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Utilise project management tools to improve tracking, reporting and decision‑making.
• Support portfolio and large‑scale projects, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and assist change‑management initiatives.
• Contribute to procurement and tendering activities, including RFPs, scope of work and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3–4 years in PMO/EPMO, project controls or project operations.
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder coordination abilities.
