Enterprise Project Management Operations Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Project Management Operations Manager will support the PMO/EPMO of a leading Saudi airport operator, ensuring projects align with national vision and governance standards. This role drives performance monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across large‑scale airport initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support PMO/EPMO operations, governance frameworks, and project control activities.
• Ensure compliance with project lifecycle methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
• Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and manage risks, issues, and reporting processes.
• Develop executive‑level reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership visibility.
• Utilize project management systems and reporting tools to enhance tracking and decision‑making.
• Support portfolio and large‑scale project environments, ensuring alignment and delivery efficiency.
• Facilitate stakeholder coordination and support change management initiatives.
• Contribute to procurement and tendering activities, including RFP development and technical documentation review.
• Ensure alignment with national and organizational project governance frameworks (e.g., EXPRO guidelines).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in PMO/EPMO, project controls, or project operations.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Primavera P6, PMO‑related certifications, Power BI or data‑analytics certifications.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Experience with PPM (Project Portfolio Management) tools.
