About the role
We are looking for an entry‑level Administrative Assistant to support our remote operations. This position is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who enjoy structured digital workflows and want to build a solid foundation in administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data entry and keep internal records accurate.
- Update spreadsheets, trackers and documentation on a regular basis.
- Organise digital files to ensure easy access for the team.
- Assist with scheduling, task coordination and administrative workflows.
- Monitor assigned tasks and follow up to guarantee completion.
- Support internal teams by maintaining up‑to‑date information.
- Identify and flag missing or inconsistent data for correction.
- Maintain clear and professional written communication.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and structured workflows.
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
