ERP Product Manager - Supply Chain

About the role

The ERP Product Manager will lead major product initiatives across Idaratech's enterprise suite, shaping the long‑term roadmap for core modules such as HR, ERP (CRM, Project Management, Supply Chain Management) and Accounting/Finance. You will work closely with enterprise clients to translate complex operational workflows into scalable product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product direction for one or more core enterprise modules from discovery through delivery.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with cross‑functional teams to create clear PRDs and user stories.
• Mentor junior product managers and support their career growth.
• Use data‑driven decision‑making to balance customer needs with business goals and own KPIs such as adoption, retention and revenue impact.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Hands‑on experience with HR systems and ERP platforms, especially CRM, Project Management and Supply Chain Management modules.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial systems and their integration within ERP workflows.
• Experience working in a software house or development company with multiple concurrent products.
