Execution Specialist – Production

About the role

We are seeking an Execution Specialist to drive manufacturing excellence. In this role you will design, refine, and implement processes that boost safety, quality, and productivity on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed work instructions and manufacturing specifications.
• Identify opportunities to improve worker efficiency and reduce material, utility, and waste.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate and implement process changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of engineering experience in a production environment.
• Proven ability to apply continuous‑improvement methodologies.
