Field Courier – International Delivery

About the role

As a Field Courier for a leading global express carrier, you will be the face of the company, responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of time‑critical shipments across your assigned area in Saudi Arabia. The role combines hands‑on parcel handling with direct customer interaction, ensuring a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver shipments to and from customer locations, following the most efficient routes.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer inquiries and resolve issues on the spot.
• Handle parcels with care, scan each item, and complete all required documentation accurately.
• Plan daily routes, taking traffic patterns and delivery deadlines into account.
• Operate the company vehicle safely, perform daily inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Use handheld scanners and other company technology to update shipment status and manage routes.
• Comply with all safety, customs, security and dangerous‑goods regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Saudi Arabian driver’s licence (light‑weight or heavy‑weight) with a clean record.
• Strong knowledge of local geography and road networks.
• Fluent English; basic to intermediate Arabic is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages of varying weight throughout the shift.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence.
