Field Engineer

About the role

Hilti is seeking customer‑focused Field Engineers to join a high‑performing team. In this position you will work directly with customers, sales teams, contractors and designers to promote Hilti engineering products throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Educate key influencers on construction projects about the advantages and value of Hilti products.
• Secure product specifications during the design phase.
• Visit job sites to provide technical advice, solutions and support.
• Identify opportunities for product usage and add value through Hilti solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with experience in technical engineering environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and managing priorities.
• Solution‑oriented attitude with a drive to meet and exceed goals.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of construction engineering products.
