Field Medical Advisor – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Field Medical Advisor will support BeOne’s oncology pipeline across Saudi Arabia, building compliant relationships with key opinion leaders, research collaborators and healthcare organisations. Based in Riyadh, the role bridges pre‑launch and post‑launch medical affairs activities, ensuring scientific excellence and alignment with corporate strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert medical education on BeOne products and disease areas to the Saudi medical community.
• Develop and execute regional medical plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in partnership with Medical Information Services.
• Gather and relay scientific insights from external interactions to inform internal research and safety strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clinicians, university hospitals, group purchasing organisations and scientific societies.
• Identify and train potential speaker candidates using approved clinical slide sets.
• Support the planning and execution of advisory boards, investigator meetings and other regional medical events.
• Coordinate external research collaborations and clinical studies with healthcare providers and academic partners.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Significant experience in medical affairs or clinical research within oncology or related therapeutic areas.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with KOLs and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment while managing multiple projects.
