About the role
The Field Sales Representative will drive sales growth within the Food Services channel in Jeddah, covering hotels, restaurants, petrol stations, catering, airlines and workplace locations. The role focuses on acquiring new customers while expanding the basket size of existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with key clients and decision‑makers in the Food Services industry.
- Plan and manage your own schedule, meet deadlines and leverage internal databases effectively.
- Monitor the Food Services market to spot growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with distributor sales teams and key accounts to generate new business.
- Track performance KPIs throughout the year and adjust actions to meet year‑end targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
- Strong commercial mindset with solid analytical abilities.
- Hands‑on sales experience, preferably within a Food Services environment.
- Excellent communication skills with proven influencing and persuasion capabilities.
- Ability to build winning relationships both internally and externally.
