Finance Director – Regional Strategy & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑driven Finance Director to lead financial data integrity, reporting and control processes for a globally recognised organisation operating across 60+ countries. The role is exclusive to Saudi nationals and offers the chance to shape regional financial strategy and support business stability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional financial strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting, multi‑year planning and rolling forecasts.
• Oversee all financial operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, cost accounting and treasury.
• Maintain a robust internal control environment compliant with Saudi regulations.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi and US tax laws, GAAP/IFRS, Zakat and transfer‑pricing policies.
• Partner with operations to drive cost reduction, product costing, variance analysis and capital efficiency.

Required profile

• Saudi national as required by Saudization regulations.
• Proven experience in senior finance leadership within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements, GAAP/IFRS and Zakat.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead finance teams.
