Finance Lead (Egypt & Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Lead to direct financial operations across our entities in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The role combines hands‑on accounting management with strategic financial guidance, supporting a fast‑growing logistics business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day finance and accounting activities in both countries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure timely close processes.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax law and Saudi regulations (ZATCA, VAT, withholding tax, Zakat).
• Oversee budgeting, cash‑flow management, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Monitor inter‑company transactions, reconciliations and treasury operations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants and banking partners.
• Lead and develop the local accounting teams.
• Strengthen internal controls, improve financial processes and optimise ERP usage.
• Provide management with financial insights, KPI reporting and strategic planning support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding or supply‑chain companies is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑country environment.
• Deep knowledge of Egyptian accounting and tax regulations.
• Solid understanding of Saudi financial regulations and ZATCA requirements.
