Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for Atheer ACT, a Saudi deep‑tech startup delivering last‑mile wireless connectivity solutions. The role will shape the company’s financial health and support strategic decisions as we scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities.
• Manage cash flow, runway planning and ensure financial stability aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the monthly close process and prepare timely management reports and financial statements.
• Support external audits, tax filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present financial information for investor updates and board reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A or related roles, preferably in a venture‑backed or startup environment.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Current work authorization or visa for Saudi Arabia.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
