About the role
The Food & Beverage Assistant Manager supports the overall operation of food and beverage services at Le Méridien Al Khobar, ensuring guest satisfaction, employee engagement and achievement of financial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily food and beverage operations, fostering a motivated, empowered team environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing guest concerns and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Coach and support staff, responding quickly to employee issues and encouraging problem‑solving.
- Maintain brand service standards and uphold corporate accounting procedures.
- Support the General Manager with annual quality audits and other assigned duties.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of food‑and‑beverage or culinary experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service, motivate staff and meet financial goals.
