Food & Beverage Manager (Level I)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager I is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at the property, including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service areas. The role ensures guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and achievement of financial targets while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and financial plans for all F&B departments.
• Lead and supervise the F&B team, handling day‑to‑day operations and covering duties in employee absences.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance with food and beverage laws.
• Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and monitor employee engagement.
• Create a motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, continuous improvement, and excellent service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of experience.
• Proven experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional areas.
