About the role
The Food & Beverage Service Trainer will lead classroom sessions that are engaging, conversational, and focused on practical hospitality skills. The role combines instruction on service fundamentals, hygiene standards, and soft‑skill development to prepare participants for high‑quality customer care.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
- Train participants on Food & Beverage Service basics, including guest greeting, seating, order taking, and kitchen coordination.
- Teach the use of basic service equipment and various service styles.
- Instruct on hygiene, health practices, grooming, professional appearance, and effective verbal and non‑verbal communication.
- Promote soft‑skill development and convey best practices for outstanding customer care.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Service or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
- At least 3 years of experience delivering training or teaching in the hospitality sector.
