About the role
A leading FMCG company in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Food Safety Officer with strong expertise in food safety, HACCP and quality control. The role involves food safety, quality control and HACCP implementation. It is offered on a two‑year renewable contract, full‑time, with eight working hours per day, six days a week, and a monthly salary of SAR 2,500‑3,000.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or a related field.
- HACCP certification (mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience in food safety, quality control and HACCP implementation.
- Preferred background in food industry, catering or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulations and hygiene practices.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
