Freelance Medical Customer Service Representative (Arabic)

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Medical Customer Service Representative who will act as the primary point of contact for patients participating in clinical trials. The role focuses on patient screening and facilitating connections between doctors and patients, with all communication conducted in Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the contact person for patients enrolled in clinical trial sites.
• Screen patients according to strict study criteria (no sales calls).
• Assist doctors and patients in establishing effective communication.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries from patients.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and screening outcomes.

Required profile

• Native‑level Arabic proficiency and strong English skills.
• Previous experience in a medical setting such as nursing, clinical research associate (CRA), or related field.
• Experience handling customer requests via phone and email, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Good organizational abilities and confident communication style.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or a combination thereof.
