Full‑Time Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy (Jeddah)

About the role

This full‑time position is based on‑site at a community pharmacy in Jeddah. The pharmacist will ensure safe, accurate dispensing of medications and provide professional counseling to patients and healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret prescriptions, verify dosages and check for drug interactions.
• Dispense medications in compliance with local regulations and pharmacy policies.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, storage and answer queries from prescribers.
• Manage inventory, maintain accurate records and oversee prescription processing workflows.
• Support quality‑assurance initiatives, clinical reviews and health‑promotion activities.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with pharmacy standards.

Required profile

• Recognized pharmacy degree with a valid licence (or eligibility) to practice in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge covering pharmacology, therapeutics and medication safety.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with patients, prescribers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience in community or hospital pharmacy settings is an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems.
• Experience using electronic health records.
• Basic computer applications proficiency.
