Furnace Operator – Aluminum Wire Rod Mills

About the role

The company is seeking experienced Furnace Operators for its aluminum wire rod mill facilities in Saudi Arabia. Ten positions are available for candidates with a background in aluminum wire rod production. The role involves operating and monitoring industrial furnaces on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Operate furnace equipment according to standard procedures.
• Monitor and control temperature settings to ensure product quality.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Apply safety procedures and conduct regular safety checks.
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely.
• Optimize furnace processes for efficiency and output.
• Conduct quality control inspections and record data.

Required profile

• Diploma, I.T.I. or 10th grade qualification.
• 5–8 years of experience specifically in aluminum wire rod mills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with computer systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
