General Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our luxury hotel in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures all departments work together to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations across all departments, including housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Oversee staff performance, motivate teams, and maintain high service standards.
• Drive revenue growth and control budgets while optimizing costs.
• Maintain financial performance through analysis of reports and implementation of quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with guests, stakeholders, and the local community.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and management abilities in a diverse hospitality environment.
• Extensive experience in hotel operations and organizational management.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget control and revenue optimization.
• Excellent customer service focus and strategic thinking.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in luxury hospitality and familiarity with the Saudi market is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
