Graphic Designer – Real Estate & Motion Creative Specialist

About the role

Luxakari is building a premium real‑estate, hospitality and lifestyle ecosystem across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. We are looking for a commercially‑minded Graphic Designer who can create high‑quality static and motion assets for digital, print, social, presentation and event channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media creatives, digital ads, brochures, flyers, one‑pagers, company profiles, website graphics and campaign assets.
• Design real‑estate collateral such as property brochures, location maps, unit layouts, pricing sheets, amenity highlights, launch campaigns and sales presentations.
• Produce motion content including reels, short‑form videos, promotional videos, animated creatives, walkthrough visuals and explainer videos.
• Prepare pitch decks, investor presentations, executive summaries, partnership proposals and business‑development materials.
• Develop event and exhibition materials like booth graphics, standees, backdrops, display panels, invitations, banners and digital screens.
• Create infographics, charts, diagrams, maps and data‑driven visuals that simplify real‑estate, hospitality and technology concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across Luxakari and ShaikhTech while adapting style to audience, channel and objective.
• Coordinate with internal teams, photographers, videographers, printers, vendors and agencies, keeping design files and asset libraries organized.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in real‑estate, hospitality, luxury lifestyle, technology or prop‑tech brands.
• Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy and branding systems.
• Ability to deliver clean, modern, premium visuals for print, digital, presentation and motion formats.
• Good understanding of real‑estate marketing and location‑based storytelling.
• Organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.
