Guest Experience Expert – Hospitality Role

About the role

Our Guest Experience Experts go beyond simple check‑in and check‑out tasks. They create memorable, unique experiences by guiding guests throughout their stay, handling operational needs, guest requests, reports and local area highlights. The role empowers associates to move freely across the property and take initiative to ensure every interaction feels part of the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational tasks, address guest requests, complete reports and share local area highlights.
• Move throughout the property, standing, walking, sitting for extended periods and handling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets and uphold quality standards.
• Ensure guest safety, confidentiality and a professional appearance and communication at all times.
• Assist with guest check‑in/check‑out processes and provide local area recommendations as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
