Guest Service Executive – Front Office (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Executive to join the Front Office team at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel in Makkah. The role focuses on delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for guests, handling all front‑desk operations with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs, ensuring accuracy and a warm welcome.
• Process guest payments, handle billing inquiries and secure cash or credit transactions.
• Allocate rooms according to guest preferences and availability, accommodating special requests.
• Assist with reservation changes, cancellations and confirmations in line with hotel policies.
• Address and resolve guest complaints with a solutions‑oriented approach, escalating when necessary.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, identifying upselling opportunities to enhance the guest stay.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of front‑office operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
• Initiative and a proactive attitude.
