Head of Digital Insurance & InsurTech

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi national to lead the digital insurance business of an innovative InsurTech company. The role combines strategic vision, commercial acumen, and deep knowledge of insurance technology to build, operate, and scale a digital insurance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall Digital Insurance & InsurTech strategy.
• Develop and scale the company’s digital insurance brokerage platform.
• Identify and launch new digital insurance products, services, and distribution channels.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with insurers, brokers, technology providers, and ecosystem partners.
• Drive business development, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Translate customer and market needs into platform capabilities.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end digital insurance customer journey and continuously improve the experience.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digital distribution, and technology‑enabled solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration across business, product, technology, and operations teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging InsurTech opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong experience in digital insurance, InsurTech, insurance brokerage or online insurance.
• Deep understanding of insurance products, digital distribution, and customer journeys.
• Proven background in business development, partnerships, or commercial growth.
• Ability to connect insurance, digital technology, and business development.
• Experience working with insurers, brokers, technology providers, and strategic partners.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
