Head of Finance (MENA)

About the role

The Head of Finance will join Flow’s MENA Leadership Team to shape financial strategy, ensure operational rigor, and build scalable finance infrastructure across the region. Reporting to senior leadership, this role oversees forecasting, budgeting, treasury, compliance, investor relations, and financial reporting to support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with regional growth plans.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, long‑range planning and deliver timely monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Drive capital allocation, financial modeling, scenario analysis and support fundraising and banking relationships.
• Maintain strong financial governance, controls, and compliance with IFRS, SOCPA/ZATCA, VAT and other regulatory standards.
• Oversee corporate accounting for KSA entities, including general ledger integrity, month‑end close, audit preparation and management reporting.
• Manage treasury functions, cash‑flow forecasting (13‑week rolling), working‑capital optimization and banking operations.
• Build, mentor and scale a high‑performing finance team and partner with Operations, Product, Development, Legal and People functions.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably within the MENA region.
• Strong track record of establishing financial controls, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide actionable financial insights.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and driving performance improvement.
