About the role

Foreground is partnering with a fast‑growing digital and technology organisation in Riyadh to appoint a Head of Operations who will oversee operational excellence, service delivery, and execution performance across all digital functions. The role requires a leader who can bring structure, governance, and scalability to an evolving tech environment, ensuring alignment between business strategy and operational delivery.

Required profile

• Seasoned operations executive with experience in technology, digital services, or high‑growth innovation‑driven environments.
• Proficient in operational planning, process optimisation, cross‑functional team leadership, and technology‑enabled workflow management.
• Strong analytical capability, commercial awareness, and a proven track record of implementing operational frameworks at scale.
