Health Representative, Vaccines

About the role

The Health Representative for Vaccines will promote Pfizer’s vaccine portfolio and enhance the experience of healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the assigned territory. You will drive brand growth by delivering science‑based content and tailored engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate promotional, science‑based brand messages that help HCPs meet patient needs.
• Provide a broad range of educational content, including disease‑state information.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for compliant, reactive connections to Pfizer subject‑matter experts and resources.
• Onboard customers to Pfizer’s operating model and digital platforms such as the Digital Engagement Portal.
• Design an optimal customer experience by selecting relevant content based on individual preferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in a multinational organization.
• Strong business knowledge, customer acumen, and a proven sales record.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Understanding of compliance and integrity principles.
