About the role
The Home Appliance Technical Support professional is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing a range of electronic devices and systems used in household appliances. The role combines hands‑on technical work with customer and internal support to ensure issues are resolved quickly and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electronic devices and systems.
- Perform repairs, preventive maintenance and upgrades on electronic equipment.
- Install and configure new electronic devices as required.
- Conduct testing and quality checks after repairs to verify proper functionality.
- Document all service, maintenance and repair activities in the tracking system.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Sales and Customer Service to resolve technical issues.
- Follow health, safety and company policies while maintaining a clean work environment.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in electronics.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in electronics maintenance and technical support.
- Experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred.
