HORECA Sales Representative – Madinah

About the role

Sunbulah Group is seeking a motivated HORECA Sales Representative to manage and grow its food‑service portfolio in the Medina region. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive service and effective execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong front‑line relationships with existing customers.
• Develop and follow a daily/weekly call and visit plan, keeping customer information up to date.
• Prospect new accounts, create target lists, and work with the regional manager to acquire new customers.
• Process orders, monitor deliveries, and provide accurate quotations and product sampling.
• Track daily sales performance, review reports, and adjust activities to meet targets.
• Handle product queries, resolve complaints promptly, and coordinate with internal departments.
• Confirm balances, reconcile accounts, and collect payments according to company policy.
• Gather market intelligence on competition, pricing, and trends, reporting findings to management.
• Attend scheduled meetings, training sessions, and collaborate as a team player.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of sales, business or food‑service experience, preferably in the local food service market or FMCG sector.
• High moral and ethical standards.
• Age between 24 and 33 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
