Hospitality Operations Manager – Freelance (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

JOIN the team delivering world‑class hospitality for the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027. MATCH Hospitality is building a network of freelance professionals to manage venue‑based hospitality operations across Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam from December 2026 to February 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee venue operations and ensure readiness for match‑day activities.
• Manage premium catering services and coordinate with food‑service providers.
• Supervise technical and infrastructure delivery for hospitality areas.
• Enhance guest experience, including access, hosting, and entertainment.
• Deliver match‑day operations, reporting, and post‑event demobilisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering hospitality programmes at major international sporting events.
• Expertise in stadium hospitality and venue operations.
• Strong background in managing contractors and service providers.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
