HR Business Partner – Strategic HR Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support for our business in the Second Industrial City, Riyadh. The role will work closely with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive talent and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
• Manage employee relations and advise on HR policies and Saudi Labor Law.
• Facilitate performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
• Analyze HR data and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead organizational development and change‑management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• More than 8 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM or CIPD) preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
