About the role

We are a rapidly growing Saudi company in the Digital Experience space, dedicated to transforming how businesses engage with customers through innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with 5‑6 years of experience to lead our human resources function and support our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support organizational development initiatives that align with company goals and boost employee engagement.
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
• Identify training needs, create development programs, and facilitate professional growth opportunities.
• Manage compensation structures, including salary grading, to remain competitive.
• Oversee HR operations, ensure policy compliance, and provide support to employees and managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional HR experience with a proven track record of implementing HR strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to build effective working relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
