HR Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented fresh graduate to join our Human Capital team as an HR Officer. This operations‑focused position handles day‑to‑day HR transactions that keep the business running.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process employment contracts through Qiwa, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
• Manage Iqama renewals, work permits, and exit/re‑entry visas via Muqeem.
• Handle GOSI registrations, updates, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.
• Process employee requests such as letters, certificates, leave, and general HR services.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding, including documentation and system setup.
• Assist with payroll input and attendance data.
• Prepare HR operational reports and track key data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Organized and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Saudi national.
• Exposure to Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI) is a plus.
• COOP training or internship experience in HR is a plus.
